  1. STEP 01

    Choose your day and area

    Select Today, Tomorrow, a weekend date or Specific Date. Use the location and property filters to find homes you want to visit, then check each open-house date and time.

  2. STEP 02

    Add homes to your tour

    Select Add to My Tour on each property card. Your choices appear in My Open House Tour, beside the results on desktop and below them on smaller screens. Choose up to eight homes. The heart saves a favorite; Add to My Tour adds a tour stop.

  3. STEP 03

    Set your starting point and time

    Select Plan My Route. Check Tour Date, enter an optional Starting Address, set Start Time and choose 30, 45 or 60 minutes at each home. Allow extra time for parking and getting inside.

  4. STEP 04

    Optimize and review the itinerary

    Select Optimize Route to calculate a practical order using driving time and open-house windows. Check every planned arrival and timing conflict. Adjust your start time, visit length or selected homes, then optimize again.

  5. STEP 05

    Keep your plan handy

    After optimizing, use Share Tour or Print / Save PDF to keep a copy of the itinerary. The driving total covers travel between stops; your day also includes the visits and any waiting time. Recheck event times before leaving.

  6. STEP 06

    Compare homes as you go

    Use My Notes on a card to record what matters, add a rating and mark the home Visited. Use Ask Achieve to Coordinate inside the route planner for help. Sending a request does not confirm an appointment.

One tour, one date. Choosing another day or adding a home from a different date replaces your current tour selection. Share or print your plan before switching days.

Saving and clearing. Tour selection stays in this browser on this device. Sign in to save property notes to your Achieve account. Clear My Tour removes selected homes while keeping saved property notes, ratings and visited history.

When a stop will not fit. A timing conflict means the planned visit cannot finish before the open house closes. Try fewer homes, a different start time or a shorter visit, or request a private showing. Routing and arrival times are estimates.
