Our Commitment
The Achieve Team supports equal housing opportunity.
We are committed to providing real estate services without unlawful discrimination and to treating clients, customers, prospects and members of the public fairly, professionally and respectfully.
1. Brokerage
The Achieve Team is a real estate team affiliated with VantaSure Realty LLC.
Real estate brokerage services offered through The Achieve Team are provided through VantaSure Realty LLC.
2. Equal Housing Opportunity
Housing-related services are provided without unlawful discrimination based on characteristics protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
This commitment applies to our work with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, investors, property owners, relocation clients and other consumers seeking real estate services.
3. Property Search and Recommendations
Property searches and recommendations should be based on objective real estate criteria identified by the consumer, such as price, location, property type, size, features, commute considerations and other lawful preferences.
We do not steer consumers toward or away from communities based on protected characteristics.
Consumers are encouraged to identify the objective property and lifestyle factors that matter to them so we can assist with appropriate real estate information.
4. Neighborhood Information
Our websites may provide objective information concerning properties, communities, transportation, amenities, public records, schools and other local resources.
We do not characterize neighborhoods using subjective descriptions such as whether an area is “good,” “bad,” “safe,” “unsafe,” “family-friendly” or otherwise appropriate for a particular type of person or household.
Consumers should evaluate communities based on their own needs and may consult appropriate governmental, educational and other independent sources.
5. Schools
School information may be provided through public agencies or third-party sources for informational purposes.
School assignments, attendance boundaries, programs, ratings and availability can change and should be independently verified with the appropriate school district or educational authority.
The Achieve Team does not recommend or discourage a property based on the demographic composition of a school or school district.
6. Accessibility and Reasonable Accommodation
We seek to provide reasonable access to our real estate services and communications.
If you need a reasonable accommodation or an alternative method of communication in connection with our services, please contact The Achieve Team so we can discuss an appropriate solution.
7. Language Assistance
The Achieve Team serves a diverse South Florida market.
Where available, we may provide multilingual communication or website translation tools to improve access to real estate information.
Automated translations may not always be exact, and important contractual or legal documents should be reviewed in the official language of the document and with appropriate professional assistance when needed.
8. Property Owners, Sellers and Landlords
The Achieve Team does not participate in or assist with instructions, advertising, screening practices, property restrictions or transaction terms that would violate applicable fair housing laws.
Sellers, landlords and property owners using our services are expected to comply with applicable housing laws.
9. Advertising
Real estate advertising should describe the property, its features, location and lawful transaction terms rather than expressing preferences for or against types of people.
We seek to use advertising practices consistent with equal housing opportunity and applicable law.
10. Online Property Search
The Achieve MLS property-search platform is designed to help consumers identify properties using objective property and market criteria.
Search results may include information supplied by MLS, IDX, public-record, mapping and other authorized sources.
Search functionality should not be interpreted as a recommendation regarding whether a particular community is appropriate for a particular individual or household.
11. Complaints or Concerns
If you believe you experienced discrimination or have a concern regarding the manner in which real estate services were provided, please contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
Consumers may also have rights to contact appropriate federal, state or local fair housing authorities or seek independent legal advice.
12. No Waiver of Legal Rights
Nothing on this page limits any right or protection available under applicable fair housing, civil rights or anti-discrimination law.
Equal Housing Commitment
The Achieve Team and VantaSure Realty LLC support equal housing opportunity.
Our goal is simple: provide every consumer with professional real estate service based on their individual real estate needs and objective property criteria.
