The Achieve Team is a real estate team affiliated with VantaSure Realty LLC. Real estate brokerage services offered through The Achieve Team are provided through VantaSure Realty LLC.

The Achieve Team is not a separate real estate brokerage. References in this Privacy Policy to “The Achieve Team,” “we,” “us” or “our” refer to The Achieve Team and, where applicable, VantaSure Realty LLC and authorized real estate professionals providing services through the brokerage.

2. Websites and Services Covered

This Privacy Policy applies to websites and online services operated for The Achieve Team, including: achieve.horstseibert.com, search.achieve.horstseibert.com, related subdomains, property-search services, real estate tools, account features, contact forms, property inquiry forms, saved-property features and other online services that link to this Privacy Policy.

Depending on how you use our services, we may collect information such as your name, email address, telephone number, property address, preferred geographic areas, buying or selling interests, price range, property preferences, real estate needs, communications with us, appointment requests and other information you voluntarily provide.

If you create or use an Achieve account, we may also maintain account information, saved properties, watched properties, saved searches, recent searches, search preferences, notification preferences and similar account activity.

If you are signed into an account, certain activity may be associated with that account so that saved information can be available to you later.

Separate MLS, IDX, brokerage attribution and property-data disclaimers apply to property information displayed through our websites.

7. Real Estate Tools and Calculators

When you use home-value tools, financing calculators, investment calculators, affordability tools, equity tools, rent-versus-buy tools or similar services, we may process the information you enter in order to provide the requested calculation, estimate or analysis.

Information generated by these tools is intended for informational and planning purposes and is not an appraisal, loan approval, credit decision, tax opinion, legal opinion, insurance quote or guarantee of future results.

8. Email, Telephone and Text Communications

If you provide your email address or telephone number, we may use it to respond to your request, communicate about properties or services you asked about, schedule appointments and provide related real estate communications.

Where required, marketing communications will be sent only with appropriate permission. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing real estate brokerage services.

We do not sell personal information to third parties for monetary consideration.
